Today, on the 23rd of April, a tender for the provision of legal and technical advisory services for the preparation of a pilot PPP project the “Construction of an underground multilevel parking lot in E. Petrushevych square in Lviv” was announced in the Prozorro system. The aim of the project is to create new parking lots in the central part of the city.
The project will be implemented under the PPP model. The commissioning of advisory services is a vital step towards its realization. The chosen experts will assist in the preparation of the feasibility study of the project, the preparation of tender documentation, the organization of PPP tender, as well as the formation of a pool of potential investors. With this in mind, the Investment and Projects Department of Lviv City Council, with support from the PPP agency, has created tender documentation and announced via the Prozorro system plans to commission the advisory services.
The expected construction area of the project is 7015 square meters. It is anticipated that the project will create parking lots for 350 cars. 18 of them will be equipped with electric vehicle chargers. The term of PPP (concession) will exceed 20 years.
The “Construction of an underground multilevel parking lot in E. Petrushevych square in Lviv” is a pilot project that is particularly promising at the local level as it has a high potential for replication in other cities of Ukraine.
