On June 7, 2018, a Consultative Workshop was held in Kyiv to discuss the establishment of the PPP Agency, the current state of PPP in Ukraine, and the international experience of PPP.

The seminar discussed key issues regarding the establishment of the PPP Agency:

  • How to best set up the PPP Agency so that it is well placed to help deliver the Ukraine PPP Program
  • What should be the key functions of the PPP Agency
  • Where should the PPP Agency be placed in the government structure
  • What legal form should the PPP Agency have
  • How should the PPP Agency be financed
The event was attended by representatives of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Infrastructure, Ministry of Regional Development, Building, Housing and Communal Services, Ministry of Health Protection of Ukraine, Kyiv City State Administration, and other representatives of executive power and IFC.
