Ukraine is actively working to build its capacity to implement public-private partnerships.

The PPP Certification Program Guide, referred to as the PPP Guide is the Body of Knowledge (BoK) on public-private partnerships (PPPs), will help public officials and their advisors implement efficient, sustainable PPPs.

The PPP Guide and APMG PPP Certification Program (CP3P) has been integral to help PPP professionals develop best practice skills and knowledge to deliver a pipeline of quality and sustainable projects in social and economic infrastructure.

To strengthen Ukraine’s capacity to structure and implement sustainable PPPs, Chapter 1 of the APMG PPP Certification Program Guide and Foundation level exam has been translated into Ukrainian.

This new translation, facilitated by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, is available for free download at the link:

We are confident that this will further support PPP practitioners in Ukraine by equipping them with knowledge and resources in their native language.
